The stay at the villa was marvellous and hence I say it was an unforgettable part of our vacation. To prove my point, I would like to state the pros and cons of the villa (more like a homestay) :- Pros - Beautiful interiors, the place is very spacious both inside the house and outside (lawn, pool, etc), Rooms and esp. bathrooms were immaculately clean, really good service as the caretaker was very hospitable, Safety wise also good as it was an all girls trip for us (along with two kids) and not even once we felt skeptical, the owner being very broad minded and cool, doesn't have any issues with late night parties or loud music or other such stuff, the local sightseeing places are also nearby so you don't have to spend a lot of time in travelling, the food (on demand as we had spoken to the owner for additional arrangements) was delicious (each and every dish was lip-smacking) Cons - Whoa!!! I couldn't even think of one for this list.. ;-) All in all, the stay at the villa made this trip one of the most memorable vacations of my life till date!

We had a pleasant stay, the property was very good, the care taker & the owner were very helpful & co-operative. But we faced the water issue at the property, & also the washrooms were not that clean, might be that would be due to water crisis, & also there were bed bugs on the extra mattress been provided, they will have to improve over it. It's a beautiful bungalow located in between awesome scenic beauty. Staff here s too good. We had been there in 2017 first weekend. We were around 30 of us in family who had been there. Was really a good start of the year in this bungalow. Special thnx to owner Vishal Shah who has made felt like a part of their family during our stay there. Also special thnx to their caretaker Vinayak. The service here s out of the world. Kids njoyed too as they had a big lawn where kids were playing. Highly recommended for everyone.

So I had booked Kian villa for one night (saturday-sunday). The owner was very helpful in the start and very cooperative. Answered to all my queries. When I reached the villa, it was nice and rooms were clean. But there were huge cockroaches and bugs in the washroom. The kitchen was shabby and messy. And stinky. The drawing room was not that presentable. The next day morning when I was about to pay the house keeper the extra money, I received a call from the owner saying that I have to give the money. I said yes I'm NOT going to leave the place without paying. She then said I have your number so u can't run away you pay instantly or else it won't be good. She was really rude. Overall the stay was nice.

The property is lovely. As good as the pictures. Needs a little work, but nothing that will dampen your spirits. The staff is warm and helpful. Food was yum!! The pakodas and chicken starters were brilliant! The pool is also clean and super fun. All in all, this is a good getaway. The property can easily accommodate 25 people. So definitely suggest this place to my friends.

Stayed at the Villas with 14 of my closest college buddies. It's the perfect villa for a party with friends which made for an legendary trip . Our goal was to ensure that the trip was not too expensive and be of value with out compromising much....Plus we wanted to have one crazy party! Believe me the villa has everything you need for your stay/party/vacation/holiday. I booked the villa over the phone and got in touch with Mr Rizwan - the owner of the villa. By fa the most easy going, relaxed and warmest individuals i have met. Once he heard about the reunion I planned for my college buddies, he offered me a deal my friends and I could not refuse. He immediately whatsapp'd me all the photos of the villa. I was stunned at the pics of the property. The villa is a 10 min max drive off the main road which leads to the main Lonavala Market . The view from the place is exquisite, beauty of the hills and the soothing breeze. There is ample parking and is gated. We were welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks. It is the small details that Mr Rizwan focuses on which make a world of a difference. The villa has a pool that is well maintained for afternoon or late night swims . There are great loungers and a garden outside. We were able to a lot of beautiful birds around the villa . The villa is on a dead end street so it's quiet and very private . . . perfect for a rocking college reunion !! The interiors are exquisite. A palatial living room with king size sofas, big TV and speakers. Each bedroom has a story. The level of detailing in the interior design and its finish was remarkable. The grand balcony overlooks the garden and the pool with a picturesque view of the hill range. We would definitely book this villa again and would like to thank Mr Rizwan and his lovely family for checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. He takes such pride in his villas and it's important to him that u r comfortable and happy with your chosen place. He and his wife invited us for more such amazing holidays which I won't forget . Also a special mention about the cook and caretaker for making us feel so welcome and serving us some really awesome food. Awesome place, rocking location, stunning villa, kickass pool, wonderful people. Ecstatic that we stayed here!! One holiday here and you'll know what I mean.
