The villa has 4 bedrooms with double beds and air conditioning. Extra bedding is provided so it can accommodate up to 22 people. 3 bedrooms and terrace are on the 1st floor while 1 bedroom, living room, and kitchen are on the ground floor. There are 4 English style bathrooms of which 3 are attached and 1 common and 3 have running hot water. We have the fully functional kitchen with cooking gas, utensils, refrigerator and water filter. There is satellite dish TV connection (Tata Sky) in the living room. Facility for backup electricity (inverter) is installed.There is a swing on the porch with a small tea garden and a car park. The garden leads to a private personal plunge pool.It is a private villa so the guests will have complete privacy. The owner and caretaker will be available on the phone whenever required.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
