The Independent Bungalow has 4 spacious bedrooms with 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has an attached balcony to take in nature, with outdoor seating.
Bedrooms are spacious, impeccably furnished with world class King sized mattresses and linens, Air Conditioned with Cable TV and In Room seating.
Property comes with a cleaning service and all linens are professionally laundered.
This is a perfect place to have a family get-together or intimate parties. We can accommodate up to 20 people comfortably. Up-to 40 for day parties on the lawn.
Located minute’s away from the Lonavala Express Highway exit, in Valvan, The property is an ideal place to spend a relaxing back to nature weekend, a great get away from the hustle and bustle of the city.
Comes fully equipped with a washer-dryer, fresh linen, huge Kitchen with a gas ranges:- a separate veg and non veg prep and cooking area, an Oven, BBQ, microwave, expresso / cappucino machine, and all dishes and crockery. All you have to do is bring your consumables.
For Children there is a WII Station with an independent 40” TV where they can play to their hearts desires. Board Games and Toys for all ages and cycles if booked in advance.
There's a fantastic library on the premises with a large collection of reading material for all age groups and hammocks in the garden to read in.
The Garden is perfectly manicured, filled with trees, flowering plants and an organic vegetable patch. Perfect for outdoor entertaining, there is a 5 Burner Gas Grill Setup as well as a Weber Charcoal Grill. Lots of flexible outdoor seating, making entertaining a breeze.
The evenings can be spent having dinner under the stars on the balcony, There is a an 8 seater terrace table , a full wet bar area as well as couches and comfortable seating just for balcony entertaining.
There is an outhouse bathroom for guests staff to freshen up, as well as a secure comfortable sleep area.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

We originally chose this property for location. Did not want spend holidays in traffic. This is the first property we have ever stayed at where the property is exactly, if not better then described. This property is hidden gem! Property is super! 5 Star Hotel standard. Excellent amenities, location, cleanliness and staff. Perfect for family vacation. Quiet Safe Clean and Relaxing. Rooms are lovely, high standard. Garden is clean and well maintained. Highly Recommended.

It's a greatt bungalow, big and very well maintained. Its spacious and cozy at the same time with a beautiful garden area surrounding it ! I've visited this place more than 5 times since last june with my friends, its totally worth the price! Also it's very easy to get there, lovely location! Best bungalow i've seen in lonavalaa.
