The Villa has been developed over the past 4 years and we have only recently begun to rent out our Villa to allow others to enjoy the serenity and tranquility of the surroundings. The Villa is a spacious 6 bedroom independent Villa along with 3 Independent Wooden Cottages ( which is 40 ft away, within the compound only) within the property situated alongside the foot of a hill that leads to the very famous and scenic point 'The Dukes Nose'. It is located just 3 km away from the market easily accessible and yet away from the hustle bustle and chaos of town centre.

Bonita, Grande and Rica is the look and feel one would describe about this Villa. Everything from the furniture, upholstery, lights etc…is handpicked to create not just one but several moods. Large spacious bedrooms, huge french windows, the quiet serene atmosphere can sway one away.
On the Ground Floor: We have 4 bedrooms 1 living room and a 2500 sq ft private lawn with garden seating, perfect for those who want to enjoy the fog in their face sipping on a cup of hot tea or coffee.
On the first floor: We have 2 bedrooms, a living room and a 900 sq ft terrace deck overlooking the lawn and the famous Dukes nose hill. (Perfect for parties and chilling out)
On the second level: we have a rooftop lounge to enjoy a lovely sunset and the hill view.
We also have 3 Wooden Cottages across the lawn, each room having 2 double beds and an en-suit bathroom. The look and feel of these wooden cottages is old charm and chalet look.
In total we have 6 + 3 bedrooms for a huge group who wish to take the entire villa on hire. (The rates will be differ if someone wishes to book all 9 bedrooms)
We cater to various occasions namely: Celebrations (B'day, Anniversary's), Marriage proposals, Corporate team building, Re-unions, family get together and general holidays.
We have a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with all utilities, cutlery etc..., cook on call & care takers who are happy to serve our guests ! Buffet can be arranged in the open veranda by the lawn if the guests wish so... We also have a barbecue facility for our guests (which is fun in the open lawn)
If I were to describe our Villa, it would be - simple, inviting, serene, peaceful, warm, where our guests would feel in tune with nature, away from the routine city life...
Surrounded by nothing but vast open space, cool breeze and nature, the Villa is designed and decorated not just with style, but also comfort and is well equipped with all amenities namely:

Note: Villa is provided only on a stay basis, if food is required then it will be on an additional charge. Below is the costing. - If the guest is opting for a veg meal package, then they will be getting lunch, tea, dinner breakfast for 600 per person per day.
- If the guest is opting for a non-veg meal package, they will be getting lunch, tea, dinner, breakfast for 700 per person per day.

Default Cancellation Policy
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

We would like our guests to know that we respect our surrounding neighbourhood and dont want to inconvinience anyone while having guests at our home. Hence we do not serve alcohol, no loud music and no bachelor parties allowed.

It's a beautiful bungalow located in between awesome scenic beauty. Staff here s too good. We had been there in 2017 first weekend. We were around 30 of us in family who had been there. Was really a good start of the year in this bungalow. Special thnx to owner Vishal Shah who has made felt like a part of their family during our stay there. Also special thnx to their caretaker Vinayak. The service here s out of the world. Kids njoyed too as they had a big lawn where kids were playing. Highly recommended for everyone.

Wow... Awesome... Perfect... Absolute Beauty...
Above words are just perfect to explain our experince at "The Leela Villa".
Its not just a property... We have feel like we were at our own bungalow...
Service was best(Much better than our expectation) and full credit goes to Mr. Vinayak and his team. They have not said "NO" for any of our requirements...
Food and service was o.ne of the best again better than expectation...
We found each n everything in order what Vishabhai has explained over a phone and email.

Me and my family have visited leela villa in august 2014. The experience we had that can not be explain in words. Location, service and food made it more wonderful to each person. We all had truly great time and its comfortable and totally private place. We never had good family or reunion time like we had at this place. We will visit this place for sure, but this time we will stay for long time not just 2 days 3 nights. According to me andy my family this is it :-) , more than we expected. Thank you again ajay sir and vishal sir for this wonderful experience.

This has been one of the most well-coordinated stays. For a group of 28 odd people, it wasn't easy to find a place much less be demanding with things. Leela wasn't just us settling for something, it was exactly what we wanted. Vishal was excellent in his coordination (we did bother him a lot) -very timely and informative. :)
The place was super good. Exceeded our expectations. Very well maintained I must say and the staff- Vinayak and his team are great- its not easy to meet the demands of 28 people. Special mention to the food cooked. On time and just perfect. The chicken curry and Missal Pav were memorable. :)
Thank you again for the hospitality Vishal and team.
Now look forward to our Veuve Clicquot. :)
