The bungalow is situated in Lonavala which is exactly 3 km away from Khandala.
FEATURES OF BUNGALOW:
Bungalow is of 1450 sq ft with 3 bedrooms and 1500 sq ft. of the garden.
On the ground floor, there is one bedroom, Kitchen, Hall and one common toilet with European type commode.
On the first floor, there is a master bedroom with attached toilet and bathroom of ample size with bath tub and separate shower.
An Extra bed for kids is available in the master bedroom.
The second bedroom with attached toilet on the first floor has an additional balcony sit
out covered with polycarbonate sheets and having a good view especially in the monsoons.
There is an additional toilet with shower, wash basin and European style WC on the back side of the bungalow for drivers or maids.

One home theater is provided in the Living room along with 2 speakers outlet in Garden where music can be enjoyed.

Artificial Grass Lawn of 900 sq ft with 4 white Lawn chairs and a central glass top outdoor furniture is provided for sitting. There are two ‘zoolas’, one in lawn and the other below the slab, which can be enjoyed during monsoon.
One halogen is provided permanently to cover the garden area in the night.
One vegetable patch and spice garden is provided in the backside garden which has Following plantations : Banana, Mango Keshar, Ranjai, Ratrani, Lemon, Lemon Grass, Rose, All spices, Curry patta leaves, Orange, Lichi, Papai, Jam Red, Supari, Xmas Tree, Pan, Kalimiri, Plumeria Red, Banchafa, Sontakka, Red Ginger, Mogra. etc.
Bungalow compound wall is of full man height and is covered with green cloth to ensure complete privacy for the people sitting in the garden at any time.
Ample car parking space is available for any no. of vehicles in the society.
Water is available round the clock in the Central Underground and Overhead water tanks. Additionally, we have fitted a ‘Sintex’ overhead tank of 1000 liters which will ensure proper backup for water.
Inverter is provided for backup of 1 & ½ hour in case of electricity failure for emergency lighting and fans.
