This Apartment is simple but elegantly designed 2 BHK Apartment with 1100 SQ feet & with a common swimming pool, it has additional space such as gardens on the group floor. The apartment has a kitchen facility, where it is accessible to the traveler, also the kitchen is been provided with induction [ on request ]. The caretaker can prepare food for traveler's, or else if travelers wish, they can order from outside since restaurants are close to the property, & maid service is been provided on site.
This property has a fully furnished living room, Dining area, washrooms [ 1 washroom is attached to the bedroom & the other washroom is a common bathroom], washrooms are fully furnished with western amenities, water heaters are provided. If a traveler is staying for more than 2 days, then there is a shift in the caretaker who cleans the property. There is a tea/coffee maker, & also a watchman is been provided at the apartment which is safer for the travelers. This property is bests suited for families, corporate groups, unmarried couples etc.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

The over all stay was good, the place was nice and clean. The caretaker and host were helpful and all was available before we ask. We enjoyed the stay and it was a fun filled experience. The place is away from the city so it is nice to enjoy. We would rate 5 of 5.

The review was taken on call: The property was very neat & clean, very good place to visit with family & friends, the only problem which we faced was the refrigerator, we informed the property manager regarding the same but somehow we weren't able to fix it, hence I would suggest the owner rectify this. But apart from this, it was worth paying for this property.
