We got a beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooking the lake. The view from the drawing room and master bedroom was awesome. It's hardly five minutes walk to the water sports facility. Lavasa has both functional and haunted buildings. This place was good, but there are other places which are partially built or haunted. Be careful when you book your stay in Lavasa. Overall, good stay in this particular apartment.

Good location. Very well maintained, clean and spacious apartment. Can easily accommodate 4 adults. Attached terrace offers a great view. They charge Rs 500 cleaning charges which is toooo high. If you want to get it cleaned during your stay, they will charge you extra. Security deposit it also Rs 5000 which is again too high. It is Ok if they start accepting Card/Paytm for security deposit.

Overall great experience, professional service. Few suggestions : please provide proper glasses for alcohol (generally people travel for enjoyment & party) we had to use Stainless Steel glasses. Also on arrival TV was not working which got it repaired after a call given to your representative.

Awesome environment but tea or coffee was missing in the apartment, at least you have to provide tea or coffee material because in such environment it's like a cherry on the top of the cake... It was a good experience to stay in the trilvilla, from the balcony you can see the beautiful view lake. Room is very specious and clean but cleaning charges of 500.0 rs is quite high. Flat has good facility to cook light breakfast.

The room was neat and clean, the bed and the blanket were good and the utensils were sufficient as well. Except the geaser not working everything was find. In this climate we had to take bath with freezing cold water was an extremely disappointing experience.

Lavasa is a bit of expensive place for weekend trips, Tripvillas provide a budget option to stay at this beautiful location. Starting from the apartment building was felt deserted but later came to light that lavasa it's self is deserted, not many people actually stay at lavasa so at night you may get that erry feeling. The view from apartment was great and also the apartment was well maintained. Lack of room service felt inconvenient but overall a good experience.

Location : Good location on hill with good mountain view but nearly zero population nearby. It was difficult to find as villa number was not mentioned. Amenities : Very big Living room, dining, kitchen with utensils, hot plate, tea kettle, fridge, 2 large bed rooms 2 small bed rooms, 3 Balcony, good amenities. Well maintained. More lights required in living room. Service : No caretaker or maid or cook which is big disadvantage. You have to do everything of your own. We have to call office which is 3 km downhill who takes 30 minutes to come to villa in case of any problem. Overall good experience with family. Expect to provide room cleaning everyday.
