The apartment is located in India's first smart city Lavasa. Lavasa in 60 Kms away from Pune City. Reaching to Lavasa is through road from Pune through beautiful mountain terrain. Lavasa is a perfect place for a short vacation surrounded by scenic valleys with forest, large water bodies, dams, a place for entertainments, tracking, movie theatres, food street, water sports etc.
The apartment is in a prime location, very near to all the facilities and has good views and all the house amenities to make the guest feel at home. This apartment is ideal for big family or group of friends and can very comfortably accommodate up to 8-10 people.
The property consists of Kitchen with fridge, induction stove and a microwave with crockery and utensils, Dining Table and chairs.
The huge master bedroom is with king size double bed. The attached vast balcony with a pair of hanging relaxing chairs and a rocking chair.
Another bedroom is also with a king size double bed with common bathroom.
The hall/ living room is kept open for Indian sitting and for better common usage by the group at large.
The property is lake facing. All the rooms have a big balcony and direct view of the entire lake which is just 5 meters across as the building is right on the lakefront and directly accessible to the promenade.

Good Experience and excellent location of the 2bhk apartment in the center of lake. I definitely recommend this 2bhk to everyone, who is looking for a good stay. I suggest only tv cable arrangement should be their. Bcoz the senior citizen member getting bore while stay in room. Other wise its good. Keep it up

wonderful place and pleasant climate 2BHK apartment was well sunlit,spaces,clean and alround scenic beauty.The rooms had balcony and needed TV as we could have watched some movies or entertainments after dark.Otherwise it is peaceful and away from the city and pollution.Thanks for the stay.
