We got a beautiful two bedroom apartment overlooking the lake. The view from the drawing room and master bedroom was awesome. It's hardly five minutes walk to the water sports facility. Lavasa has both functional and haunted buildings. This place was good, but there are other places which are partially built or haunted. Be careful when you book your stay in Lavasa. Overall, good stay in this particular apartment.

Hi.....we stay at tripvilla property stay is good, comfortable, rooms r clean, specious, only the problem with lift....and tv is not working

You should have Big Dinner Plates. Plates kept there were very small . And need a small table and 4 chairs in the Balcony .

The stay was comfortable. Check-in process can be improved. Apartment has all basic amenities for a family - refrigerator, gas stove, 2 queen size comfortable beds, hot water in the bathroom, basic cooking utensils, cloth drying stand Unreserved parking in the basement (or can park on the roadside) Location is good - excellent view, approx 15 mins walk to center of the promenade Most surprising - the caretaker told us that there is only 1 key of the apartment, and if that is locked inside the apartment or lost - the Rs. 5000 deposit will be lost, as the person has to come from Pune to open the door! Overall - recommended
