The Space

Living Room:

The Living room is a large space with a lot of natural light, a double height ceiling and French windows.
It comes installed with a 55 inch LED TV with a TataSky HD Connection and a 2.1 speaker system with Bluetooth connectivity for effortless music streaming.
We also have an unlimited usage 1 Mbps Wi-Fi connection available.
Indoor games like Monopoly, Scrabble, Life etc are available for our guests, along with a carrom board as well.

The Kitchen:

We have a fully equipped and functional kitchen.
You are welcome to cook your own meals, however, should you require a cook, we can provide one on a per day basis, at an additional cost.

The kitchen is equipped with the following essentials:

• Fridge
• Microwave
• Mixer / Grinder
• Water Purifier
• Gas Range
• Cooking Utensils
• Serve-Ware ( Dinner Plates, Bowls, Glasses etc )

Note: The First Aid kit is kept on the kitchen counter.

The Bedrooms:

There are 4 bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom.
One bedroom is located on the ground level, and the other three are upstairs on the first level.
All bedrooms come fitted with Air Conditioners - We request guests to turn off the air conditioners when not in use to conserve energy.

All bedrooms will have fresh linen provided – bed sheets, covers and pillows.
We also provide you with the following for the duration of your stay:

• Bottled Water – 2 per room
• One set of fresh towels per person (Hand & Bath)
• Soap & Shampoo
• Toothpaste

Bathrooms:

There are a total of 5 bathrooms in the villa.
There is a common bathroom on the ground level, between the living room and kitchen, and one in each of the 4 bedrooms.
Each has a separate boiler for hot water. Water is available 24/7, but please use water judiciously and try not to waste too much owing to the on-going water shortage.

The Pool:

Situated at the rear of the bungalow, the pool area is completely private and has a natural rock face on one side.
The pool is fairly large – 26 Feet X 10 Feet with a standard depth of 4 Feet throughout.
Separate pool towels available for use
Chairs have been kept for use by the deck.

Note: Please do not bring any kind of glass items inside the pool and surrounding deck area.
Disposable glasses will be provided for use by the pool.


Lawns:

We have well maintained lawns with a patio which is ideal for an evening barbecue.
We also organize day events and corporate off sites at the property.
The lawns are large enough to hold outdoor events for approximately 50-75 people such as birthday celebrations, poolside brunches, pool parties and the like.
We offer all inclusive packages which include venue setup, bar setup, professionally catered food with customized menu options for a wide range of cuisines - essentially a fully managed event service.

**Other Things to Note**

1. We have separate accommodation arrangements ( Staff Quarters ) within the property available for domestic staff such as drivers and maids.

2. We have a battery backup installed which is activated during power outages and is sufficient for about 4 - 5 hours of power.

3. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 8 PM.

4. Cook available on request at additional charges.

5. For guests opting for the cooking service - we stock basic cooking staples in our kitchen such as oil, spices, dry masalas, salt, sugar, tea & coffee. Any other consumables required such as vegetables, chicken etc will be on actual cost. The caretaker can buy all the required ingredients from the local market for you and give you an account for the same.
