This Villa is exclusive Boutique pool villa nestled in the quiet and serene of nature.

Villa is inspired having a minimalistic contemporary decor and design making it a unique experience.

All rooms in our villa are large with high ceilings giving you the luxury of space in every room. The pool is with the pool bar, cabanas, Machan ensures that the party gets going.

Alibaug/Mandwa is only 50 mins by catamaran and 15-20 mins by a private speed boat. One could also take a pleasant journey via the road Distance (approx 100 kms it would take around 3hrs of travel time).

The Kihim beach is just 5 mins walk from the villa and you could experience the beautiful sunset.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.

House Rules

Loud Music not allowed. Pets not allowed. -Loud Music strickly restricted not allowed after 10 pm at night.! You can listen to inside the rooms in low volume. -Swimming Pool timing till 10pm -Smoking inside the property is not allowed
