Welcome to our Eco friendly Villa, Malavali, Lonavala. Just 2 kilometers away from Malavali railway station and 2.4 kms from old Mumbai-Pune highway opposite to Karla Caves’ entrance point. The Villa is approved by Maharashtra Tourism Development Corporation under the BED AND BREAKFAST scheme. This Villa is a perfect weekend home away from pollution and noise. You can really experience that peace and solitude in our Villa’s homely atmosphere.

This place is very close to Holy Ekvira Devi temple which is just 10-15 minutes’ drive by car. Eco friendly Villa is a place for relaxation with your family and friends. Most important thing about the Villa is, you can rent this entire bungalow. You don’t need to share this place with any other visitors which happen in many Villas. Our bungalow area is exclusively at your service. We have well maintained lawns and ample car parking facilities. There are many famous places which you will love to visit.Also our farm is available for wedding,parties,shooting-serials & films.We also make this available as a conference hall for business purpose. This can be an ideal meeting place as its not too far from the city and not at all chaotic.

Swimming Pool: We have reasonably big swimming pool in our farm house area. Water in the Pool is clean and chlorinated. We haven’t left any stone unturned in your hospitality. You can enjoy in the swimming pool with your friend & family. It is not so deep considering the safety of kids.

Food: How can you enjoy your relaxing time without awesome food. Food is the important aspect. We serve you with delicious food items. You can enjoy homely made Pure Veg food as well as Chinese food. Food services are optional.

Boating : To enjoy weekends Lohgad Boat Club is the best place. Here you can enjoy visiting Forts and Bedse Caves near pawna dam, also the boating and water sports.
