A great advantage is that the house counts on 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms all of them on the ground floor, and also a fully independent apartment with another bedroom with en-suit bathroom and mini kitchen on the top floor providing complete privacy. This apartment is only opened for booking with an occupancy of 9-10 guests. Should you wish to have it opened and your bookings is for 8 or less guests, please modify the nymber of guests to a minimum of 9 guests when and notify the real occupancy (1-8 guests) as the price for 9-10 guests needs to be applied or else the apartment will stay closed.
