The surrounding is calm, peaceful, quiet & tranquil. Enjoy sleeping while listening sounds of birds and rain. The place is quite. Pollution free. Ideal place for a retreat & rejuvenation.
We are located in a gated community, with 24 hr security, swimming pool, jogging track, countryside lifestyle, and beautiful sunset views. Our home is a short walk (900 meters) to the nearest bus stop. Taxis & auto-rickshaw can reach our home within 10 minutes of a phone call. We are behind the Caritas Hospital, thellakom, & well connected by public bus services. Guest can do fishing in a nearby stream. Car rentals [self-drive or with driver] are available with us.

Our home is close to Kottayam. About 15km from Kumarakom's Bird Sanctuary. You could do a day trip to Varkala, Allepey, Vagamon or Idukki.

Its a self contained villa. You can cook, relax and party. Our property is overlooking 300 acre paddy fields. There is a small stream where fishing is possible.
