This holiday home is located about 2.5 km away from the 700-year-old trading town of Skælskør with ancient half-timbered houses and courtyards along ancient cobbled streets. In the vicinity, there are several stately homes including Borreby, Holsteinsborg and Espe, which the poet HC Andersen used to frequent. This beautiful and bright NOVASOL-House, has an open kitchen and a living room with a fireplace. In addition, you will find two bedrooms, a bathroom with a Jacuzzi and a shower, a guest toilet and a laundry. The living room leads directly to the wonderful, partly covered terrace where you can enjoy the sunlight and fresh air to the fullest. Within a distance of 30 km you will find the towns of Korsor, Slagelse and Næstved - each with an old town and modern architecture. The town of Stigsnæs is located 7 km south of Skælskør. From here, there are ferries to the islands of Agersø and Omø with cosy ports and beautiful nature. If you cross the Great Belt over the bridge, you can see the various fairytale castles in Funen, including Egeskov. You can also drive to Billund and see Legoland. Anglers can try their luck at one of the many fishing grounds along the coast. Pay a visit to Birkegårdens Haver, a 10,000 square metre adventure park with animals and an amusement park as well as the Kragerup Gods, where you can ride a canoe in the moat, race through the treetops or play football
