Moreover, there are many cycling trails in the region. Surfing enthusiasts must visit Rinkøbing Fjord which is well known for its good surfing locations. The ancient and small town of Ringkøbing with many cobbled streets and traditional houses is worth a visit. The cosy harbour area has a very good fish restaurant. Ringkøbing is full of life during summer in contrast to quiet winters.
