This is one of the first Serviced Villa project approved by Department of Tourism Government of Kerala. A 120-year-old heritage mansion renovated and protected with heritage antiquity. All rooms are equipped with modern facilities and are furnished with unique antique pieces. Caretaker services along with security are available round the clock. Fully equipped Kitchen can be utilized for visitors. The total house will be let out for family and Groups for Marriages and family functions. Special functions can be conducted in the Garden. Festival, elephant loves are offered special guided tours.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
