Odense is the third largest city in Denmark and offers several tourist attractions, culture, shopping and so on and is located just 25 km from the house. You can also visit Aebelo located towards north of Bogense and explore this unique pearl of nature. The island is a wonderful place as you can experience unique nature here, especially for bird-watchers and nature lovers. You will really feel like Robinson Crusoe on this lonely place, once you reach this island. Aebelo was earlier a bustling place, but now only a couple of people who manage the farm, live here. Most of the island is covered by forest, mainly ancient oaks and beech trees. You can access the island on foot from Ebbevejen, which is located about 4 km from here. From this place, the shore is just 1.5 km away. Enjoy a hike on the island around the coast, which is just 7 km long. There is also another marked hiking route that stretches 4 km around the island. A part of the island is a bird sanctuary that is not accessible. Aebelo, one of the most beautiful places of Denmark, is very ideal for fishing.
