Casa De La Luna an exclusive exotic luxury pool villa nestled in the quiet and serene village of Zirad, in Alibagh approximately a ten minute car/auto ride from the Mandwa jetty.
Casa De La Luna means "House of Moon" in Spanish and is a gorgeous 5 bedroom villa in a sprawling 100,000 sqft.orchard that also grows mangoes and coconuts.
Centered around a gorgeous pool all rooms in Casa De La Luna are spacious with high ceilings and open out into beautiful green areas or sit outs on one side. Each room is fitted with large designer bathrooms and rain showers to pamper you on your vacation. Each and every bedroom, living area and even the bathrooms have their own individuality while being surrounded by gorgeous landscaped areas and a shady cool orchard.
The Villa comfortably fits upto 12 people but can accommodate more with mattresses being laid out in the hall.
The kitchen is fully equipped, you can choose to cook by yourself or we can arrange a local cook for you or enjoy the food we can cook at the property itself comprising of delicious Buffets for Lunch, Evening Tea, Dinner, & Breakfast (select timings).
So spend your days in the pool amidst the company of close friends and family and spend your evenings chatting and star gazing while you barbeque under the moon.
Terms and Conditions:
• Cancellation policy: No refund will be given for cancellation. No exceptions. Once booked cannot be cancelled
• 100% must be paid in order to reserve your accommodation at least 24 hours prior or your booking will be cancelled automatically and there will be no refund on any advance paid.
• Booking against Cheque payment will only be confirmed after the clearance from the bank.
• All Bookings should be confirmed by email with the guest list and the residence and office address of the guest. This is mandatory.
• Check-in 1.00 pm and check-out time 11.00 am (Late Check-out at no additional cost strictly on availability until 1.00 pm. Beyond 1.00 pm will be chargeable @ INR 2,000 per hour
upto 5.00 pm max. Beyond which half day charges will be levied). For guests more than 12 INR
3000 per hour would be charged. This amount increases proportionately. Please confirm your late check-out charges in advance.
• Entire villa 5 bedrooms will be given for the guest, except the owners’ bedroom.
• Maids and Drivers will be charged extra @ INR 500 per day in case the group size exceeds 12 pax.
• All consumables will be charged extra
• Security deposit of INR 5,000 to INR 15,000 will be charged for per stay at check-in. This will be refunded on check-out in case there is no damage to property and all the bills and accounts are settled
• Photo ID is mandatory on check-in
• No pets are allowed
• Meals can be provided on request at an additional cost of INR 1200 per person
• Housekeeping service is complimentary
• Utility charges will be charged to as per the group size. Please confirm your utility charges when you book.
• House Keeping timings: 9.00 am to 10.30 pm and until checkout or 1.00 pm max.
• Bartenders/ Waiters can be hired at an additional cost.
• NO SMOKING in any of the rooms or enclosed areas. Smoking is permitted in all open areas, terraces, balconies
• Strictly NO eating inside the pool and any bedrooms.
• Children below 7 should be accompanied by parents or maids at all times.
• Music is only permitted upto 10.00 pm as per the Indian Govt. Law. Guests can hire Speakers at an additional cost
• Music can only be played under permissible sound limits.
• Loud DJ music is not allowed as per the Indian laws.
• Drugs or illegal substances or materials are strictly prohibited
• The right of the Management is final and if there is any act of indiscipline, guests may be asked to vacate the property without any refund.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
