India first, then selected destinations across AsiaRiritana Resort Residences

Tropical luxury. A life in the garden.

Residences and a boutique resort, held together by a living garden. Every property combines furnished villas and apartments with an all-suite boutique hotel — residents and guests share the restaurants, the spa and a daily wellness offering, with the same standard of care throughout.

Landscape

Mature trees, deep planting and private garden thresholds shape the architecture. Greenery reaches every suite and communal space.

Home

Generous living rooms, sheltered verandahs and warm natural materials support a longer stay. Hotel service looks after the everyday details.

Wellness

Yoga, meditation, movement, bathing and thoughtful food fit naturally into the day. Each destination adds its own local traditions.

Mature trees, deep planting and private garden thresholds shape the architecture rather than decorate it. Greenery reaches every suite and communal space, and cars stop at the edge of it.

Each destination commissions its own makers, menus and planting palette while keeping Riritana's shared architecture, service and material language. India is the launch direction — kantha and ikat textiles, regional stone and bronze craft, deep verandahs and a seasonal Indian kitchen — with Sri Lanka, Thailand and Bali as later destinations.
