Getting Around:
Besides being a minute from the beach and the 5th Ave, grocery stores, shops and anything else you'll need is accessible on foot or by taxi so it's not essential to rent a car.
GETTING HERE
International flights land at Cancun international airport a 45-minute car ride from Playa Del Carmen. From the airport, you can take a luxury ADO bus which stops at the terminal on 5th Avenue, you can also use our private shuttle service.

ELECTRICITY
The planet earth loves you! Give it a bit of love back =)
Electricity costs are extremely high in Mexico. That's why most of the properties in Playa del Carmen do not include the cost of electricity. We include in our rate, a credit of 15 kilowatts per day which is normally sufficient for a normal user. In case of exceeding the allowed limit, it will be charged at a rate of 4.5 pesos per Kwh (approximately 25 cents usd). We kindly recommend that you make moderate use of the air conditioning to stay within the limit.
DEPOSIT
A security deposit of $ 200 USD is required at the time of your check-in. This amount will be returned to you the day of your check-out.
