This condo is located very close to the beach in the famous Pratamnak area of Pattaya. It's newly renovated and up to standard. There are 2 big beds, a large sofa-bed, and a size-able living-room/kitchen area. Enjoy the Sea View from the dining table.
Few minute walk to one of the best beaches in Pattaya. The famous Walking Street in Pattaya is only few km away and very easy to go by taxi.
My place is close to restaurants and the Night Market. You’ll love my place because the location is close to everything.

Keep in mind that the beach is only 300m away. If you feel like a dip in the ocean or an evening stroll you can walk to Jomtien on a pathway.
