This Villa is a refurbished, colonial-period house with high timber roof and verandah leading out to a small strip of garden. Interiors are spacious and comfortably furnished. Villa is rented in its entirety to one party at a time ensuring complete privacy. Up to six guests can be accommodated.
Accommodation
There is a double room and a master bedroom located on the upper floor opening on to a balcony and the garden below. The master bedroom is furnished with a king size four-poster bed and also has a separate sitting area. Both these rooms have a/c, overhead fans and ensuite bathrooms with h/w showers. The third bedroom located on the ground floor opens out to the living room and is furnished with a double bed. The ensuite bathroom in this room only has a sink and w/c and shares an upstairs shower.
Facilities
The living and dining area opens out to the back verandah and garden. The dining room is furnished with an eight seater table. There is also a TV lounge on the mezzanine floor which looks down on to the living room and is equipped with cable TV. Sri Lankan and western cuisine is served here. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby serving a range of cuisine. Guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages. This villa is practiced Bed & Breakfast Basis and the villa has two staff to look after the clients.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
