Our stay good but only breakfast was offered.If provided meals as well it would have been lovely. Overall good stay.
As a guest in a private house you have privileges and also obligations just as you do when staying with relatives or friends.
Set in a peaceful residential area, the Guest house is built to make you feel at home, as if you are staying with your friends on a family holiday. Main road and nearest shopping center are about 150 mts. away. Nearest movie theatre is about half a kilometer away and yet the guesthouse is completely quiet and peaceful and serene. There are plenty of potted plants and medicinal neem (margosa) trees and a lush green lawn where you can enjoy your tea and coffee or simply sit in the shade of the neem tree and relax and enjoy your self.
There is a Jhoola (swing) in the garden where you can enjoy and also an aquarium full of beautiful and colorful fishes. There is a cage full of “LOVE BIRDS” (parakeets) of different colours to make you spend your time enjoying yourself.
Guest & Host staying at cosy home is a social experience. We emphasise that cosy home is a home, not an hotel. As a guest in a private house you have privileges and also obligations just as you do when staying with relatives or friends.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
