Villa is a new modern house built in 2016, equipped in accordance with the latest technology with maximum comfort for our guests. Total living area including garage is 340 m2, open area and garden of 800 m2. Villa has seaside view. Has 2 floors and solarium. Firs floor consists of: three bedrooms for 6 persons accommodation, 2 bathrooms, one of them has a bathroom, the second has a hydro massage shower.
One of three bedrooms is a wide Suite bedroom (bed size is 200 cm x 200 cm) which has its own individual bathroom, shower and dressing room.
Second bedroom is child room with two separate beds of 90 cm 190 cm. The third bedroom is Junior Suite with a bed (135 cm x 190 cm) and furniture made of natural teak. Second floor consists of: two rooms for 4 people accomodation.
Large sunny suite with double bed sized 200 cm x 200 cm and exit to a wide covered terrace with barbecue, the pine tree forest and the surrounding area. The Suite is equipped with own private bathroom and separate shower with heated floors and massage showers. The second bedroom is room with double bed sized 200 cm x 200 cm, and furniture made of natural teak. All bathrooms are decorated in marble with details of onyx, with the Leds lighting and ceilings imitating the starry sky. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary equipment by Smeg brand: fridge, oven, induction cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster and electric teapot and completed with tableware Villeroy & Boch brand. Wide salon-living room with exit to the garden, has a covered entrance porch with a drop-down awning, outside table and sofa to enjoy outdoor breakfast and dinner. On the territory there is the separate two-car garage. So your car will always be safe.

The Villa is 2 min walking away from the beach promenade, that is ideal for early morning jogging. It takes 10 min to walk over the hill to get to the down town of Lloret de Mar .
