Access to the surrounding ground level back deck is via the large sliding doors off the living area. Entertaining is a breeze with the convenient servery windows between the kitchen and the deck. The kitchen is galley style, complete with breakfast bar, informal meals area and ocean views. Modern appliances and large bench tops complete the centrally located kitchen. There is also a second, north facing front deck off the kitchen, a great spot to catch the last of the days' sun.
Perfect for the extended family, there are 4 bedrooms between 2 shared bathrooms. Cleverly zoned, the master and the second bedroom share a Jack and Jill style bathroom with bath, at one end of the home and there is a further 2 bedrooms, bathroom with separate toilet and a second lounge area at the other end for the kids.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
