Villa Juliet is a magnificent 400 sq.m. villa located in a 4.000 sq.m. plot at the beautiful golf of Ftelia and is one of the most beautiful beachfront villas on the island of Mykonos.
This luxury villa is only 2 minutes away for the famous beach of Ftelia and only 10 minutes from Mykonos town center by car; concluding to be a quiet residence, that offers full privacy and at the same time being very close to the famous beach restaurants and the unique nightlife of Mykonos Island. Villa Juliet is suitable for a company of individuals and perfect for a big family.
The villa has a beautiful sea view and consists of the main house & 2 guest houses, accommodating up to 12 guests. All rooms have access to the pool and at the same time they may be connected with each other. The outdoor areas include a private pool with sunbeds, pergola covered dining area, bar, living area & a private helipad etc.
The villa consists of 3 “units” (the main villa and 2 guest houses). The bedrooms are equipped with A/C, apart from the bedrooms located on the ground floor which have roof fans.
1st Guest House, the first unit is formed in 3 levels as follows:
Ground floor: Kitchen equipped with modern appliances with direct access to outdoor dining area & sitting area, bar & sunbeds.
Mezzanine: Sitting area, window with sea view.
Attic: Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to a balcony with a sew view.
2nd Guest House, the second unit is formed in 3 levels as follows:
Ground floor: 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, direct access to the pool.
Mezzanine: Sitting area with a small fridge.
Attic: Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to a balcony with pool and sea view.
Main House, the third unit is formed in 3 levels as follows:
Ground floor:
On the right side, there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom, access to the pool. One the left side there is a bedroom with 2 single beds, en-suite bathroom.
Mezzanine: Dining area, kitchenette, living room, access to a veranda with pool and sea view. Attic: Bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom, access to a small balcony with sea view.
Outdoor area:
The outdoor area is established in 2 levels: pool and modern pergola level.
At the pool, there are several sunbeds while at the pergola level there is a big monastery table for 12 persons & living area.

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
