This apartment is very nicely decorated and furnished, it is light and spacious with high ceilings with original woodbeams. The floor is the typical mosaic floor that many classical apartment have in Barcelona. The living room has two big balcony doors which gives an amazing light. All the rooms are big and spacious. For up to 6 persons.

The Eixample Izquierda (left) is a very nice area of Barcelona with elegant buildings and the streets filled with commercial offers. This apartment is located in the lower parts, touching the Old Town, only 2 streets from Plaza Universitat (where the Air bus stops) and with only 10 minutes walk to Las Ramblas. With other words, it is a perfect erea where to live, having all the tourist attractions nearby, without living in the middle of it. Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia with shopping and restaurants, not to forget the fantastic Antoni Gaudi houses, are only 10 minutes walk from the apartment.
