Amazing modern 1 bedroom apartment 32sqm with kitchen, living room situated in a quiet green area 15 min walk to beautiful Nai Yang beach and National park, in short drive from Hkt airport. Guests have access to sunset-view infinity pool and gym. Handcrafted interior, 24/7 check in, security, kitchen, Wifi and bicycles for rent. Light cooking allowed.

The interior details of the apartment were carefully selected and placed, to give you the feeling of natural, green home and a unique chance to stay in modern comfortable apartment, but still close to nature.
32 Sqm apartment with kitchen, 1 bedroom and en-suite bathroom (2 aircons) and a big terrace with sitting area.
All amenities for light cooking, kitchen and dining ware are provided. Big fridge, microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen sink, rice cooker, toaster, blender, kettle, extended dishware and cutlery set.
Dining table for two, long couch in front of Tv with Usb support to watch your movies (cable installed also).
No smoking in the apartment, but you can smoke on the balcony with all doors closed.
Good for 2 adults sharing one bed and 1 adult/child (extra charge). Child stays for free if shares bed with adults. Please note, if someone wants to sleep on the couch in the living room linen and pillow for the couch are provided for extra charge only (as a 3 guests stay).

Guests can use whole apartment and all communal places, such as lobby, garden, swimming pool and gym, children playground. Bicycles for rent can be taken at reception. All services are provided on "first come, first served" basis. There are minimart (extra) and laundry room (extra) in the building also, as well as self-service laundromats.

Most likely you will check in without me (i will send all self-check in details after booking). I'll be available on the phone and airbnb messaging system during your stay.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, not crowded area of Phuket, 2 min. drive (10-15 min walk, 1100 meters) to one of the best beaches in Phuket - Nai Yang and the Sirinat National Park. 2 min. to Phuket airport (planes do not bother), 10 min. to Pia Thanyapura sports complex, 5 min. to Naithon Beach, 15 min. to big supermarket Tesco Lotus Thalang. The apartment is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. Family mart, 4 outlets of 7/11 stores, mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There are l two nice local markets nearby where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits. Bigger one is open 4 times a week and smaller market 2 times a week. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, clubs and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc.) are inmin drive.
Yacht Heaven Marina and Ao Por Grand Marina are minutes drive, ideal choice of lodging for yachties and crew members.

There is a bus stop in 4 minutes walk from the apartment, where you can get scheduled bus to the town. You also can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which is 25minutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter or car in the area around, there are plenty of car rent shops also.

Swimming pool and the gym are working 9 am to 9 pm. Minimart working hours 9 am to 9 pm. Laundry 8 am to 9 pm. Security 24/7. Lobby 24/7.
There are a laundry service and self-service laundromats and a mini mart on site.
Please mind that extra extra linen and towels set for the sofa is considered as an extra guest and will be charged correspondingly.
