the 5th floor of the Marco Polo condominium, with elevator. The
apartment has an entrance hall with a large living room, sofa, dining
table, TV, wifi and a terrace equipped with a table and chairs. The
separate kitchen offers, dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine
and fridge. The bathroom adjacent to the kitchen has a shower, toilet
and bidet, washing machine area. In the sleeping areas there are: a
bright master bedroom with a matrimonial bed, wardrobe and with the
possibility to place a crib or cot (on request), a second bedroom with
two single beds that can become a matrimonial, a third bedroom with 2
single beds.
The second bathroom has a bath, toilet, bidet and sink. A wall cupboard
is located along the corridor. This apartment is ideal for families
looking for a refined environment, it is located 5-10 minutes walk from
the beach. where you will find a reserved place for our guests
(included in the proce) with umbrella and two sun beds . The parking
space is located in the underground parking Parcheggio Piazza Drago P17
at 150 meters from the house.
The apartment is supplied with linens for the bathroom and sheets, air
conditioning.

Check-in takes place at our office, Piazza Marconi area, from 3 pm to 7
pm, by appointment.
Upon arrival we need all guest documents, including children (ID card
and social security number), to be able to make all the registrations,
tourist tax and the police.
Your documents can be sent one day in advance via WA, sms, email
indicating the booking number, your name and the ad title. The city tax
is euro 1 per night per person over the age of 10.
It will be paid in cash (exact amount) upon check-in.
Receipts will be sent via email or whatsapp.
