Loud Music not allowed. Smoking inside Property not allowed. - No loud parties - please be respectful of our neighbours and keep noise levels to a minimum. Extra charges will apply if we get called out for noise complaints and anti social behaviour. - No Smoking - extra charges will apply if this rule is not adhered to. - We request you take your shoes off when in the house. - The house is to be left tidy with dishes done, rubbish in the big bins provided and all windows and doors locked. - Rubbish bins to be put out for collection on Thursday night for Friday collection. Refer to the in-house compendium for more details. - If traveling with small children you do need to supervise them while outside. There is a small water area at the back of the property which, at present, is not fenced. - Guests do not have access to the bikes in the garage.,Please do not use outside deck area after 10pm and before 7am
