This beautiful holiday home is located on the seafront of Rovinjkso near the glamorous city, Rovinj. The beautiful location and comfort provides a great atmosphere to relax. This home is comfortable as it is built with rustic and modern style and furnished with attention to details. The rooms are spread over three floors. There is a living room and a kitchen on the ground floor and there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. On the top floor, there is another bedroom with a bathroom. There is a staircase from the living room that leads to the first bedroom and another staircase from the first floor leads to the fourth bedroom. Both these bedrooms have no doors. You can spend some relaxing hours on the well-tended garden. This holiday home is ideal not only to relax in the pool with a sea view or visit Rovinj, but also to spend time on the terrace barbecuing and socialising with friends. The home is located near a busy street. However, the 2-metre high walls provide privacy. The minimum height of the ceiling is 1.6 metres.
