Located in the immediate vicinity of the typical Portuguese seaside resort of Praia da Areia Branca, the charming holiday apartment Casa Annette offers space for up to 5 adult holidaymakers with 2 bedrooms and bathrooms (one of them ensuite). Located on the ground floor, the spacious outdoor area is accessible via the bright living room as well as the spacious kitchen with dining area. It is also equipped with a barbecue, garden furniture and a hammock.

Praia da Areia Branca is a typical Portuguese seaside resort. Fortunately, there are only very few hotels or holiday resorts here, but in August, the beach is very busy, as many Portuguese from the surrounding area come for a swim. There is a lifeguard who looks after the right one and hundreds of typical beach tents that can be rented for a small fee. Some parts of the beach are guarded by professional lifeguards in summer. Those who want to escape from this hustle and bustle only have to walk one or two bays along the beach and already they have a bay to themselves again. In Praia da Areia Branca there is a beautiful beach promenade with many small cafés and good restaurants. The place is especially suitable for families with young children, as there is a very nice and manageable nightlife and the contact to the locals is very easy. The express bus between Peniche and Lisbon stops almost every hour in this place. The district town of Lourinhã with large supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, health centre, Pharmacies, post office and bank are only 3 km away. A special highlight is the newly opened largest outdoor museum: Dinoparque Lourinhã nearby. Here you will also find the best surf spots in Europe.
Other Things to Note:
The prices are valid as a total price for up to 4 persons and include the costs for electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen and towels. Possible heating costs will be charged according to consumption. For the 5th person there is a surcharge of 5 € per person and day. The prices are only valid for bookings of seven days or longer. Arrival and departure is possible on any day of the week.
