of Villa Daniela developed on two floors; on the ground floor there is
a living area with entrance equipped kitchenette, dishwasher, oven,
stove, microwave, coffee machine and fridge, dining table and living
room with matrimonial sofa bed, tv, wifi, air conditioning, bathroom
with shower, wc bidet . Going up to the first floor first bedroom with
two single beds and after you will find the main bedroom with
matrimonial bed.
The large bathroom near the rooms offers a Jacuzzi, wc, bidet. A
washing machine is available next to the bathroom.
The external part, located on the ground floor, consists of a patio /
terrace equipped with table and chairs during summer. The pool area is
shared with the other apartment.
Available for guests sheets and towels, no beach towels.
Air conditioning in the bedrooms and in the living area and heating for
the winter period
Guaranteed parking space for two cars on a private road.
The apartment B of Villa Daniela is accessed from a private road
located at the rear of the house.
The property is 500 meters from the beach.

The beach can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, the main street in 7
minutes
Bus stop is 400 mt distant (Via Olanda)
Check-in takes place at our office, Piazza Marconi area, from 3 pm to 7
pm, by appointment. Upon arrival we need all guest documents, including
children (ID card and social security number), to be able to make all
the registrations, tourist tax and the police.
Your documents can be sent one day in advance via WA, sms, email
indicating the booking number, your name and the ad title. The city tax
is euro 1 per night per person over the age of 10.
It will be paid in cash (exact amount) upon check-in.
Receipts will be sent via email or whatsapp.
