The space
This 3-bedroom pool villa is located in a gated residential estate with 24-hour security just a 5-minute stroll to a beach in Jomtien and just a 5-minute drive to the main Jomtien Beach where you will find lots of restaurants and nightlife options.
The villa is set over 2 floors. Upon entering the gates of the villa is a gated garage for 1 car. Located outside is the private pool and Jaccuzzi with plenty of outdoor seating. The washing machine, pool shower and BBQ is all located outside.
Inside the villa you will enter the open living room with comfortable sofas and flat screen TV with DVD player for entertainment. The wooden dining table and kitchen area is just off the living room. With a stove, microwave, toaster, rice cooker, electric kettle, fridge and freezer the fully equipped kitchen has all the need amenities to make a great meal.
Also located on the ground floor is the two ensuite bedrooms one of them being the master bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and views the pool. The bedroom is equipped with a desk, wardrobe, side table with lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and bath/shower unit.
The second ground floor queen sized bedroom is equipped with a small desk, wardrobe, side table with lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioning. The bathroom has a sink, toilet, urinal and both an indoor and outdoor shower.
On the 2nd floor is the 3rd bedroom with a queen sized bed. Recently renovated it is nice and cozy with high ceiling and views the swimming pool. It is fitted with a wardrobe, side table with lamp, ceiling fan and air conditioning. It has colored led lights for a chilled vibe and comfy couch that can transform into a sofa bed if needed.
The neighborhood
The villa is located in a safe gated residential area in a private setting. Within 5-10 mins you can be anywhere along Jomtien beach which is full of massage parlors, restaurants & bars.
