Non Refundable: This is the strictest clause. As soon the booking is confirmed & payment is accepted, booking becomes non-refundable. Zero amount will be refunded to the customer if she or he cancels the booking.

Smoking inside Property not allowed. ?Our minimum age to book a reservation is 21 years of age. ?We require all guests to have their Government ID, their active telephone number, and a profile picture of themself uploaded to their profile. --Check-in We have self-check-in. Check in instructions will be sent on the day of check-in. --Other Things to note ?The property is absolutely fantastic and located in a quiet neighborhood very close to all of the happenings in the city. ?For your traveling convenience, we provide starter quantities of; shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, dishwashing liquid, laundry detergent, bleach, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. 1 bath towel and 1 face towel for each guest on the reservation. The home has a laundry facility if you should have to launder the linens. If you should need additional supplies there are several retailers located a short distance away for shopping. ?Family amenities such as pack-in-play, high chair, baby baths, etc are available upon request. All requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the guests check-in date. ?Swimming in the lake is at your own risk. We cannot guarantee fish will be caught should your group choose to fish. ?We require that each guest that books our property have a profile picture of themself so that we can identify who holds the reservation. --House Rules; **Breach of these rules will result in immediate expulsion from the property, without a refund. ** ?Please protect the preserve the quiet enjoyment of the community. We would like for you to enjoy the house but we cannot tolerate any wild parties or loud music., neighbor complaints. Violence or unruly behavior will, unfortunately, result in the police being called and you will be removed from the property. Not good for you. Not good for us. ?Please do not exceed our maximum guest count and 6 vehicle MAXIMUM. Absolutely no parking on the grass! (WE CANNOT BLOCK THE CULDESAC AT ALL) *We recommend carpooling and using rideshare services such as Uber & Lyft.* ?We love our furry friends, but due allergies NO PETS ALLOWED. ?Absolutely NO ILLEGAL DRUGS of any kind. NO SMOKING inside the house. ?Please do flush sanitary napkins, paper towels, plastic wrappers, or latex of any type down the toilet. These products will clog the toilet. Please do not pour grease, cake batter or other substances down the kitchen sink to clog the plumbing. If your actions result in a plumber being called you will be responsible for the cost of the plumbing service. ?We ask that our guests please respect our linens. If the linens and/or towels are destroyed; with makeup, hair dye, blood, body oil, shea butter, or other substances that cannot be removed, the cost to replace the linens will be deducted from the security deposit. ?Please, please do not remove the keys from the property. There is a mandatory $250 lost key fee to call the locksmith. ?We honor late checkouts requests whenever possible, however, late checkout is impossible if we have a back-to-back same day check-in. Unless otherwise pre-authorized, check-out is strictly at 11 A.M. Any guest that has not checked out of the property by 11:15 A.M. will be charged a $100 late check-out fee.
