This apartment is located in the heart of the Eixample of Barcelonés. Only 3 streets from the main avenue of the city Passeig de Gràcia. From there a few meters you can visit the famous “Casa Batllò” and if you walk 4 more streets you will find the “Casa Milà”.
To the other side of the Passeig de Gràcia to 200 meters you will arrive at Plaça Catalunya, where they begin “Las Ramblas”, all just a 10 minute walk from this accommodation.
This beautiful apartment combines style and comfort while maintaining part of the original charm of the building with its high ceiling and large windows. The apartment has A/C and heating throughout the apartment. There is also Wi-Fi for guests who need internet access.
The living/dining area is the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. There are two sofas, one of them bed, where you can sit and watch the TV or a DVD or just relax. In case you decide to spend the night at home, the dining table has room for eight and with the modern and fully equipped kitchen, every good chef will feel at home.

The first bedroom is equipped with a double bed, and a large wardrobe. The second bedroom is en-suite and the bathroom has a bathtub. The third has two single beds and a private bathroom with shower.
