And if you are okay with cold water showers or showering somewhere else, and not having an Ac yet, feel free to book!

This amazing property comes equipped with everything that you could possibly need to feel at home. From pots and pans to silverware, plates and bowls. The apartment is literally 5 minutes from south park mall and all of the luxury that your heart could desire. Walking distance to shops, gas stations and there are many drive through less than 5 minutes away. The pool area looks heavenly with beautiful hammocks where you can just relax!
There is a laundry center in this complex as well as a gym, a workspace area with computers in the leasing center and also an amazing park where you can swing and play with your children or with your loved ones. There is free guest parking and of course a smart Tv and Wi-fi for you to enjoy your stay completely. There is also a beautiful balcony that is very peaceful where you can enjoy nature, have a cup of coffee and relax.

On the way to this amazing apartment you will pass by the most beautiful luxurious homes in south park to get here. You can go to the movies in Phillips Place and get all of your shopping done in South park mall. If you are into organic food, there are plenty of incredible supermarkets nearby and amazing fine dining restaurants also nearby.
Early check in is $50 and you can check in as early as 11 Am if the property is clean and available. Please ask us first!
There are two additional futons or sleeper sofas that easily convert into two additional beds for more guests that may be sleeping in as well.
