Apartments are located on the second floor of family house built in 1920 and fully adapted inThere was a complete change of electrical installation according to modern security standards. The object is equipped with video surveillance. Apart from the apartments, guests can rent a private, roofed parking under video surveillance. Each apartment is equipped with a private bathroom with a shower complete with towels, soap, shampoo and toilet paper and a separate toilet. The bathrooms have underfloor heating, towel holders with a drying option and 120x90 cm shower cabin with massage. Each apartment has a flat-screen Tv with programs in several languages, super-fast internet.
There is an iron, ironing board, coffee machine, security deposit box.
It consists of one bedroom, living room with kitchen area and dining area, toilette, bathroom with wardrobe space and relaxation-holiday space with double-glazed windows to provide a loggia function. Equipped with one 160x200 size bed, a corner set that can be turned into a bed and a daytime lounge chair in a separate work and rest area that also converts into a 90x200 bed. Apartment is for two persons with full comfort or 5 persons with use of additional beds. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hotplate, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, hood, kettle, toaster and all necessary accessories.
