As the home is situated on the outskirts of a village and surrounded by nature, both the interior and exterior of the house presents a beautiful ambience. There is a good-looking outdoor pool and a covered terrace with garden furniture on this fenced property. There is a living area, a kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. If you happen to travel during the end of August do witness the town festival in Bartulja. Visit to the local taverns that offer local food and wine at reasonable prices is highly recommended. Also the coastal towns Rovinj, Porec and Pula or the medieval towns, Motovun and Groznjan are worth a visit.
