This is a brand new Villa, very spacious, luxury Bedrooms with sizes ranging from 400 to 600 sqft with Rain showers, Games rooms, and a 12-minute walk to perhaps the best beach in the West. Accessibility to the Kashid beach resort barely 50 meters away is a boom for foodies with breakfast included- generally a buffet. Great for other meals and meals also available from the inexpensive local restaurant Sunita that serves veg, chicken, and Fish thali - for the adventurist. A walk into the forest from the Villa is a must for the nature enthusiast. The pantry has a micro, fridge and other standard amenities. Use of kitchen is restricted. The Villa has 5 large bedrooms and a TV lounge area., all A/C.For guests increasing beyond 12, there would be a Rs 2800 per day per guest charge with breakfast included. The no charge for extra guests applies to kids below the age of 5 years.

Hygiene at the premises is of supreme importance where even the mattresses are disinfected and fresh linen being provided of the highest order. We are very particular as to whom we give out the villa to and reserve the right to decline a booking despite its availability.
Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
Smoking inside Property not allowed. This is a private home with lot of caring and we expect guests to behave in the same manner. A rule book exists on site. A lot of artefacts and paintings are displayed and special care is requested to avoid damages.please read the rule book on arrival. We reserve the right to not accept a reservation despite the availability as we are extremely particular on the usage of the property.
