The terrace has exit from the dining room and is covered, the second one has barbecue. Top floor consists two rooms with ventilators of ceiling and bathroom. The double room has desk and exit to very sunny terrace with nice deck chairs. The house is close of a great swimming pool and few meters of the tennis courts and paddleThis place is special because it combines the captivation of the sea with the contrast of the mountain doing a very special place. The bungalow is in a very calm urbanization with services as supermarket (opened every Day), drugstore, restaurant, hairdresser's shop and sports tracks of tennis and paddle. The this inhabited urbanization all the year round though specially in summer.
We have a great big swimming pool to enjoy with your family or couple, make sunbathing and rest. During the summers months there is rescuer for the tranquility of the parents. In the zone of the pool also there is bar - restaurant. To few meters of the apartment there are sports tracks of tennis and paddle in that also particular classes can be contracted.
