This semi-detached holiday home is located directly by the beach and comprises two storeys connected by external stairs. Each storey houses two accommodation units, which are simply furnished and suitable for the holiday of more families or for a group of friends. The nice garden, with exit onto one of the numerous pebble beaches, is perfect for barbequing and socializing. As an addition to outdoor pool there are also a summer kitchenette and an outdoor shower at your disposal. The house owner lives in the small bungalow on the other side of the garden. Podstrana is a small place near Split (9 km), which is under the UNESCO protection. There are plenty of pretty beaches in the area as well as various attractions such as golf fields (3 km).
