within walking distance of bathing spots, services and entertainment.
The house is situated on a hilly, natural plot, suitable for fun and
games. The large terrace surrounds the house. It is secluded and the
nearest neighbours live 50 metres away.
The interior of the cottage is open plan, bright and tastefully
decorated, with a high ceiling. The kitchen, with its dining area,
opens into the living room which features a lovely wood burning stove.
This is an excellent place to spend cosy, leisurely evenings after a day
of swimming and enjoying nature! The lovely terrace can be accessed
from the living room. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and
a TV. The bathroom is well kept, tiled and features a shower cubicle. A
steep staircase takes you up to the spacious mezzanine with its sloping
ceilings and beds (one double bed and two single beds).
It is a short 500-metre walk to the dock, where your boat lies awaiting.
(Be advised that you must notify the owner if you wish to use the boat. You can book the boat for shorter periods as well.)
This is also an excellent place for a swim. The child-friendly beach
Småholmarna is only a kilometre away and offers a sandy beach, a
bathing dock, a diving tower and public bathrooms.The town of Henån is
two kilometres away and offers shopping, restaurants, events and
services such as a bank and a library. Those who love shopping will love
Göksäter with all of its bargains.
Orust offers a variety of activities, such as kayaking, diving, fishing,
golfing, and swimming. Gothenburg is 75 kilometres away.
