This newly renovated space next to the Texas Medical Center is a perfect space for groups traveling between 10-24 people. It is in close proximity to Rice University and the NRG stadium as well as the convention center. The space is is over 5000 sq. ft when combining the 5 units, and has a small backyard. The main living area and house is on the first floor, with the the other 4 units above it. There are 4 covered parking spots as well.
