Montetorto Cottage is a typical Marche country house built in the 14th century by order of the episcopal curia as a site for the production of excellent quality wine and oil. The park is boundless and the 6 X 4 meter swimming pool is of a removable type in compliance with local decrees aimed at protecting the archaeological site which is located on the border with our property. The ancient cellar and vineyards are still active and produce wines sold all over the world. The layout of the spaces allows you to comfortably accommodate 10 guests in 2 Suites + 2 Bedrooms + 2 bathrooms. The suggestive "fireplace" room connects the bedrooms, the furniture, accessories and decorations recall the glorious history of the structure. On the ground floor there are the Monte Torto cellars and "the entrance of the Bishop"; by means of an evocative staircase with vaulted ceilings you arrive at the entrance or waiting; The Sala del Camino represents the heart of the "casone". The 2 suites and the two bedrooms are still as in the past, same walls, same furniture for over 100 years. Montetorto Charming Cottage is located at the top of the homonymous hill and enjoys the proximity of the Sea and the Mountains. It is surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and sunflower fields. On foot you can reach the archaeological site of Monte Torto of Roman origin sec. 400 Ad. The airport is 22 km away. The beaches of the Conero Riviera are 20 km away and the Mountains 34 km away. The main attractions such as the water park and the adventure park are easily accessible and medieval cities such as Gubbio, Assisi, San Marino. Jesi, Senigallia and Ancona are very close and ready to offer amazement for young people and adults. The price includes sheets, towels and toiletteries as in the hotel + everything needed for cooking. A bottle of wine will be waiting for you on arrival. Parking and swimming pool access are private.
