Windsor Manor is full of beautiful details and luxury amenities. We have common areas that are each different- we offer a pool table, air hockey table and foosball, theater room for reservation, gas firepit outside, life size chess/checkers board, fireplaces, BBQ's, aerobics room, a 24 hour gym, bookshelves full of books to borrow all in a magical old world feel.
The apartments each have a bathroom per bedroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, 2 desks, 2 chairs, and 2 twin mattresses on a 30 inch high frame. For $10 per extra mattress per night, we can bring you twin mattresses to put on the floor if you have additional guests. Our apartments have the major appliances like 2 fridges, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, but do not come with plates, utensils, pots and pans. We provide a shower curtain, hand towel, and hand soap in the bathroom, but you will need to provide your own bedding, kitchen ware, and bath towels. We normally only rent to BYUI students, but are open for one week to the public while we have an incredible view of a full solar eclipse this August 21st, 2017. We are 5 minutes away from Bear World Yellowstone park, and only 1 hour away from the famous Yellowstone National Park which makes Windsor Manor a perfect place to rest and get cleaned up after seeing all the bears and buffalos. PROPERTY RULES:
Because we usually rent to Brigham Young University Idaho tenants, we are required to still maintain BYUI standards as we rent to the public for the week of the eclipse. This means that we have a strict no pet, no smoking, and no alcohol policy anywhere on the premises. If any of these rules are broken, it is an automatic $400 charge and could be more if additional repairs are required. Quiet hours are from 11 p.m. to 9 a.m.. You are welcome to use the amenities longer than this, but please do not make any loud noises that would bother your neighbors.
BEDROOM #1 DESCRIPTION:
Each bedroom has 2 twin beds. The beds are on brushed metal frames that sit 30" high allowing you to store items underneath or to place another mattress below. We provide a sturdy chair if you need any assistance getting on the elevated beds. We have additional mattresses available to put on the floor for $10 each per night. Let us know how many you will need to add to the 6 beds already provided.
