This villa is located right on the beach front of Mullins Beach, so you can spend hours exploring the beach, swimming in the sea and soaking up the rays of the beautiful Barbados sun. Everything about this home reflects its beachfront location, from the spacious patio that is ideal for watching sunsets over the ocean to the open plan living rooms placement that also looks out over the sand, surf and sun.

This three-bedroom home offers a homely getaway, with a quaint interior that is the perfect spot to relax and chill after a long day exploring or swimming. Each of the bedrooms can sleep two people, either in a King in the master or a twin guest rooms, which can both be converted to King beds upon request. One of the best things about these rooms is the amount of available storage, so you can unpack your Barbados holiday wardrobe and ensure there are no crinkles in your tropical shirts. The master bedroom has a decent sized bathroom, with a tub/shower and a double vanity, while the other two bedrooms share a decent sized bathroom between them with a shower and a double vanity.

The open plan living area opens onto the patio and overlooks the ocean, making it the ideal space to seek respite from the sun and the heat while still enjoying the million-dollar view.

The kitchen is a decent size, offering a dining table to peckish people and homely touches like a microwave and a coffee machine.

Feasts can be prepared inside at the large dining table, of guests can all gather around the outdoor dining table and enjoy al fresco dining as the waves crash on the beach just metres away. If you’re after a beach getaway, this really is the perfect location.

Location

Barbados, where the sea is crystal clear, and the skies are blue – no surprises it’s an incredibly sought after holiday destination. It sits in the east of the Caribbean and is famed for stunning beaches, turquoise bays and it’s Unesco World Heritage-listed capital. In other words, there’s something to do here for every type of holiday goer.

Of course, you are going to want to visit all of the beaches Barbados from Miami and Rockley Beach to Bottom Bay and Mullins Beach. There are, however, many other things you can and should explore to get the full Barbados experience, from The Parliament Buildings in Bridgetown to trying the national dish of Barbados – Cou Cou and flying fish. When in Barbados, after all.

This villa is located in Speightstown, on Mullins Beach, a blue-water beach that is lined with sky-high palm trees and home to many water sports. The area, which is also known as Little Bristol, is the second largest town centre of Barbados and it is 12 miles north of the capital city of Bridgetown, meaning you are close to many, many entertaining day trips, restaurant and, of course, beaches.

There are many things to do in the immediate area, including enjoying a cocktail at Mullins Beach bar, taking part in some of the famed water sports or spending the day on a luxury catamaran. There are also more stunning spots in the area to visit for a day of rest and relaxation, such as Gibbs Beach.

This villa is a wondrous getaway for the whole family – after all, how many children do you know that would be sad to stay in a stunning home right on the beach? The villa is an ideal home away from home, in that it’s cosy and homely and offers all the touches that make travelling with children easy, from a bathtub, Wi-fi and cable television. Of course, it will be hard to keep children sitting still as they run along the beach, build sandcastles and beg you to let them try some water sports.

There’s plenty to do other than swim, surf and play in the sand when looking to entertain the mini-mes, from exploring Harrison’s cave, exploring the flower forest, get up close and personal with nature and animals at Welchman Hall Gully and even heading to the movies should the weather not play nice.

Of course, the best place to be in Barbados is the beach and the beach at your doorstep is the perfect spot for children – it’s safe and clean. Other family-friendly beaches nearby include Holetown Beach, Gibbs Beach, Paynes Bay Beach and Heywoods Beach.
