Picture yourself watching the various birds that visit the cottage during the foggy days of June/July/August while sipping the masala tea with no sound but the bells from a nearby temple . Or maybe you fancy going for walking trails on the upper mall and clicking the various kinds of wild flowers , Kasauli has it all .
Imagine enjoying a himachali peach wine in the evening ( with jazz music in the background ) in a flowery garden , surrounded by magnificent view .
Or you a need private place to party and play pictionary with your friends/teammates , we have tried our best to fit your various needs in our recently reconstructed bungalow .
Located in the serene hills of Kasauli, Homestead Villa provides a relaxing getaway, so that you can return to your daily life rejuvenated and refreshed. We welcome
guests from all walks of life that are seeking accommodations where there's enough to do yet nothing to do . We believe in always being "available" to assist you in any way, but to never be "in your way".
The bungalow overall consists of total five bedrooms (with attached baths ) on two levels , dining , drawing , lobby , powder room , lush green gardens (3 ) ,
terrace , and a well equipped kitchen(with microwave ,fridge ,cooking range etc ). You are welcome to get your maid/servant for self catering purposes . We have three 2000 sq feet well manicured gardens with beautiful views .
Our caretaker would be more than happy to assist you in all other things required for your comfortable stay and there are helpers who clean the place once a day . Also
there is ample parking space for 4 vehicles. and yes, let me tell you that this villa is just about ten minutes walking distance from the mall (shopping area in
Kasauli) .
Entertainment -
We have five TV sets with cable and also facility for outdoor games like badminton, tennis table etc and indoor games like pictionary , monopoly ,chess , carom board,
tambola . There is a music system with old classical collection ( like Ghulam Ali , Jagjit singh or Pink Floyd ) available or you can play or your own music . We also
have a small collection of books that our caretaker could lend you for reading during your stay . Bonfire and bar-be-cue can also be arranged in the lawns on request
( At extra cost ) .

Stringent: No charges will be levied if booking is canceled 61 days prior to check-in. If cancellation is done between 30 to 60 days prior to check-in, 50% of the total booking amount will be charged. Post that, there will be no refund.
