This fantastic villa is composed by four levels that are linked by an open wooden stairway from which you may see the main floor. On the main floor there is a large living room with a panoramic window that gives you breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, a chimney, a double sofa bed. There is also a great terrace that has been furnished for you to enjoy a meal and has two desk chairs. On the same level there is also a little veranda that faces the garden. On a lower floor there is a completely equipped kitchen, a bedroom with bunkbeds (which suits two kids just Perfectly!), a bathroom with a shower and an open-air dining spot. Please notice that the kitchen and the 3 bathrooms have just been renovated! On the first floor, after climbing just a few steps, there is a master bedroom with a Queen size bed and a completely renovated bathroom (with shower). The master bedroom is incredibly fresh, and faces the hill on which the house is set. On the second floor there is a bedroom with two single beds (this room faces the hill), a completely renovated bathroom with a bathtub, a triple bedroom with a Queen size bed and a single bed and a great terrace in which you may sunbathe. This bedroom has great views of the sea, and is always a favourite with visitors. The house also includes a little garden with a Bbq and a stone stairway. The villa is provided with washing machine, microwave, iron, iron board, satellite Tv, and outdoor furniture, Air conditioning (only for the rooms on the top floor). The villa has also a car parking, please note that the entrance of the garage is 200 cm high and 240 cm wide Porto Santo Stefano is located in Tuscany on a peninsula connected to the west coast of Italy. Porto Santo Stefano is located 150 kilometres (95 miles) north of Rome, 80 Km from Civitavecchia, 180 kilometres (110 miles) southwest of Florence, and 120 kilometres (75 miles) west of Siena, 196 Km from Arezzo, 230 km from Perugia, 40 Km from Grosseto.Please note that in this town a car is necessary.The closest airport is Rome-fiumicino, at about 150 km..
